Hi Mohan,
I hope you're doing well. It's been a while since we last spoke in October '21, so I wanted to touch base and bring you up to speed with the developments on my end.
Firstly, I'm excited to report that I've been able to improve the API call time from .036 ms to .0021 ms, with the support of the tech and project teams. This has been a huge accomplishment for me, and I'm proud of what we've been able to achieve.
In addition, I'm happy to report that we've delivered a 4.2 C-SAT on our top 4 clients, generating over 75% of revenue. This was done in collaboration across all 6 business verticals, and I'm grateful for the teamwork that went into making this happen.
Lastly, I wanted to let you know that I've created and set up an emergency response system for system failure incidents, with the support of Madhukar and Sridevi from engineering. I'm confident that this will help us be better prepared for any future incidents that may arise.
On that note, I'm writing to request a 28% raise that's in line with my contributions to Studybase Technologies, and also meets the industry standard. I'm passionate about the work we're doing here, and I believe that this raise would be a fair recognition of my hard work and dedication.
